After a good night’s sleep, you always wake up feeling fresh and energised, so why not try Yogi Tea Bedtime before going to bed. This tea has been specially developed to be enjoyed in the evening and help you fall asleep.

The tea contains lavender to envelop you in warmth, and chamomile and fennel root to calm the body.

In other words, this is the perfect cup of tea to gently round off the day, helping you on your way to peaceful dreams.
It is best brewed with water at a temperature just below boiling point, then left to steep for five to six minutes (and preferably a little longer), for a slightly stronger cup.

Yogi Tea was founded in 1984 in Oregon, USA, but can trace its history back to 1969, when Yogi Bhajan, from whom the company takes its name, made an Ayurveda tea blend and served it to his Yoga students. Today, Yogi Tea offers various types of tea, such as herbal, green, and black, as well as various tea blends, with a special focus on health and organically grown tea.
